Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at TinyTee!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item for a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- You can return unworn and unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, with no damage or alterations.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or made to order.
Reasons for Return:
- Incorrect item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customercare@tinytee.co.uk to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Damaged item: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage at customercare@tinytee.co.uk
Return Process:
- Contact us at customercare@tinytee.co.uk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include the RA number on the return package.
- We will send you an email detailing the address to return and information regarding return. We may also send a shipping label to you if we have sent you the incorrect item.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect.
Processing Refunds:
We will process your refund within 60 days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size , please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the item with new size out to you.
